I know the "norm" for a bonus is to dump a big box of "stuff" on people... but that's the last thing you need if you're serious about being successful quickly. What you need is solid information -- which you're giving them -- and a little personal hand holding and expert guidance from someone who has been there and done it before to get you through all those little bumps in the road everyone faces -- which I'm in a position to give.
